Seems like its the only productive thing I've done today, so I'm going to talk about an international organization that I'm a volunteer of. There are Radio Lollipop stations based in certain hospitals all over the place. The one I go to is Great Ormond Street Hospital~
Volunteers go on the wards with a trolley of goodies to entertain the children to make the hospital a more pleasant and fun place for them. The radio station has a volunteer to DJ and makes Radio Lollipop an interactive experience for the children, so they can call in and request songs, participate in contests and win prizes. In addition, being happy helps the healing process. Makes everyone smiley.. including me {^^}
My mummy's chicken and vegetable soup tastes better than mine, so I'm going to prioritize drinking that one first:
